As a member of the MASH Team, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting initial assessments and screenings for children and families in need.
- Collaborating with multi-agency partners to gather and analyze information.
- Making informed decisions regarding the safeguarding and welfare of children.
- Developing and implementing care plans in line with statutory requirements.
- Providing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to necessary services.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in child protection and safeguarding.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
