To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in fostering or child protection settings is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload effectively.
