  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, adhering to statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with families and professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in challenging situations.
