We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Assessment and Staying Together Team in Staffordshire. To be considered for this role, you must hold a relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage effectively with families and professionals alike. Additionally, experience in child protection, assessment, and family support is essential, along with a solid understanding of relevant legislation and best practices in social work.
