  • Maintaining accurate and timely records in compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in child protection, safeguarding, and working with children in care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and professionals.
  • Proficiency in assessment and intervention planning.
