To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in working with children and families, particularly in a looked-after children setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
