As a social worker in the CWD Team, you will be responsible for a variety of key duties, including:

  • Working closely with schools, health services, and community organizations to coordinate care and resources.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children with disabilities or in a similar field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
