As a Children's TM, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supervising a team of social workers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective case management.
- Overseeing the assessment and planning processes for children with disabilities, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.
- Collaborating with multi-agency partners to deliver integrated services that meet the needs of children and families.
- Monitoring and evaluating team performance, implementing improvements where necessary to enhance service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England or equivalent regulatory body.
- Significant experience in children’s social work, particularly in working with children with disabilities.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
