Cheshire West is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Children with Disability Team. This role is pivotal in supporting children with disabilities and their families, ensuring they receive the necessary care and resources to thrive. As a qualified social worker, you will work collaboratively with families, educational institutions, and healthcare providers to promote the well-being and development of children with disabilities.

Your key responsibilities will include:
