- Developing and implementing child protection plans and intervention strategies.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Collaborating with external agencies and professionals to ensure holistic support.
- Participating in team meetings, supervision, and training to enhance professional development.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrable experience in child protection and safeguarding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a varied caseload.
