The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with families.
