We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our Help & Protection team in Coventry. In this role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding vulnerable children and families, ensuring their well-being and promoting positive outcomes. You will work collaboratively with social workers, partner agencies, and families to provide high-quality interventions and support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert guidance and supervision to social workers in the Help & Protection team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in child protection and safeguarding.
  • Strong analytical and assessment skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to collaborative working.
