The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., DipSW, BA Hons in Social Work, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families, particularly within a CIC setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
