Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing the needs of children and families to develop tailored care plans.

- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Advocating for the rights and needs of children, ensuring they are heard and valued.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience working with LAC/CIC populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships.
- Ability to manage complex casework and demonstrate sound decision-making.
