As a Qualified Social Worker in our CP/CIN Team, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Conducting assessments of children and families to identify their needs and risks.
- Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
- Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and support.
- Providing advice and support to families, helping them navigate challenges.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding strategies.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working in a Child Protection or Children in Need environment.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
