To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working within a children’s social care setting, particularly with children in care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing demands.
