  • Developing and implementing safeguarding plans that prioritize the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding, preferably within a MASH or multi-agency context.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively.
