Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading assessments and investigations into safeguarding concerns.

- Participating in team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to promote best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Social Work Degree, DipSW, CQSW).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in children's social work, preferably within a MASH or safeguarding setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Proficient in the use of IT systems and case management software.
