To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Demonstrable experience working with children and families, particularly in a looked-after children context.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals.
- Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage a diverse caseload.
