Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Engaging with families, children, and partners to build trusting relationships and facilitate effective support.
  • Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance practice and share knowledge.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable experience working within child protection and safeguarding frameworks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
