We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Fostering Team in Cambridgeshire, offering a competitive rate of £39 per hour (umbrella). Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with legislation and policy.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in fostering or children’s services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
