The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in children's social work, particularly in fostering or adoption.
- Strong assessment skills and the ability to work with diverse families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with children and families.
