  • Working closely with multi-agency teams to safeguard children and promote their welfare.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with local policies and procedures.
  • Providing support and guidance to families to enhance their capacity to care for their children.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in children’s social work, particularly in assessment and intervention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a complex caseload.
