To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in children’s social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
