The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families, particularly in a corporate parenting or child protection context.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with vulnerable populations.
