We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Manager to join our CWD Team in South Gloucestershire on an interim basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality social care services to children with disabilities and their families. You will lead a team of social workers and practitioners, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and supervising a team of social workers, providing guidance and support in case management.
  • Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the needs of children with disabilities.
  • Conducting assessments and reviews, ensuring that the voices of children and families are heard and considered.
  • Collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to service delivery.

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a relevant social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England. Additionally, you should possess:
