Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing the needs of unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and developing tailored care plans.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and young people, preferably within a social work context.
  • Strong knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
