To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience working with infants and young children in a social work setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
