You will work closely with children, parents and carers to understand their needs, identify strengths and agree appropriate support packages. Your responsibilities will include coordinating services, commissioning and reviewing provisions, preparing clear reports, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that children’s voices remain central to decision-making.

As a senior member of the team, you will provide advice and support to colleagues, contribute to reflective practice and help promote consistent, high-quality social work. You will be organised, resilient and committed to relationship-based practice, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a child-focused approach. A full driving licence and access to transport may be required for undertaking visits across the area.
