As a member of the Duty and Assessment Team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with local policies and procedures.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Strong knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a caseload.
