Children's SW - D&A Team - Walsall

- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families impacted by drug and alcohol misuse.

- Maintaining accurate and timely case records and documentation in compliance with local policies and procedures.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding discussions and decision-making.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England (SWE) and a clear understanding of relevant legislation and policy frameworks.
- Experience in working with children and families, particularly in the context of substance misuse.
- Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse families.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a complex caseload.
