Children's IRO - Bournemouth

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in children's social work, particularly in a statutory setting.
- Strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
