  • Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in accordance with local authority policies.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings to advocate for the best interests of children.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in children's social work, particularly in fostering or family support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
