- Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with children, families, and other professionals.
- Monitoring and reviewing placements to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to the development of best practices within the team.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in children’s social work, particularly in fostering or adoption.
- Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate resilience in challenging situations.
