Children's SW - FRT Team - Harrow
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Social Work - Family Resilience Team (FRT) in Harrow. The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, BA Social Work).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrable experience in children's social work, particularly within a safeguarding framework.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with children and families.
