  • A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in children's social work, preferably within a statutory setting.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a caseload effectively.
