Children's SW - BFS Team - Blackpool

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrable experience working with children and families in a social work capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with children and families.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proactive approach to case management.
