Southend-on-Sea City Council is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Adoption team on a temporary contract basis. As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to social work staff, ensuring that all adoption processes are conducted in compliance with statutory regulations. Your key responsibilities will include:
