As a member of the Children's CPC - CP Team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
- Developing and implementing child protection plans in partnership with families and other agencies.
- Managing a caseload effectively, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to strategy discussions.
- Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes for children.
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, BA Hons in Social Work).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working in child protection or with children in care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing demands.
