Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and family needs.
  • Developing and reviewing intervention plans in partnership with families.
  • Providing support and guidance to families and children in crisis.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings and liaising with external partners.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and manage a caseload.
