To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a complex caseload.
