Cheshire East is seeking a dedicated and experienced Independent Reviewing Officer (IRO) to join our team on a temporary basis, offering a competitive rate of £40 per hour. As an IRO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that children and young people in the care system receive the support and protection they need. To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Current registration with Social Work England.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload effectively.
