Gateway Assessment Worker (Grade 5)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Gateway Assessment Worker (Grade 5) to join our dynamic social work team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals and families seeking support services. Your expertise will help determine eligibility for various programs and ensure that clients receive the appropriate resources to enhance their well-being.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting initial assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their needs and strengths.
