  • Working closely with multi-agency teams to coordinate services and interventions.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in children’s social work, particularly in care planning and support.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively.
