We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MASH Social Worker to join our team in Milton Keynes, offering a competitive rate of £35/hour. You will be part of a multi-agency safeguarding hub (MASH), collaborating with various professionals to ensure the best outcomes for vulnerable children and their families.

As a MASH Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and investigations to identify the needs and risks of children and families.
  • Collaborating with partner agencies to gather and analyze information effectively.
  • Developing and implementing intervention plans to support children and families.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Providing advice and guidance to colleagues and external agencies on safeguarding matters.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA Hons in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases.
