Children's IRO - Worcestershire

As a Children's IRO, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular reviews of children’s care plans to ensure they meet the individual needs of each child.
- Facilitating meetings with children, families, and professionals to ensure collaborative decision-making.
- Monitoring the quality of care provided to children and escalating concerns where necessary.
- Providing advocacy and support to children in care, ensuring their voices are heard in all aspects of their care.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice guidelines.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in children's social work, particularly within the IRO framework.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children and families effectively.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
