- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports in compliance with legislation and best practices.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to the development of safeguarding strategies.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Registration with Social Care Wales.
- Experience working with children and families, preferably in an assessment or safeguarding context.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
