  • Managing a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely responses and documentation.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings to safeguard children and promote their welfare.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Care Wales (or eligibility to register).
  • Experience working within Children’s Services, particularly in a MASH or safeguarding context.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families.
