Children's SW - Assessment Team - Worcestershire
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Children's Social Worker to join our Assessment Team in Worcestershire. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing support to children and families in need.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
- Undertaking comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and risks faced by children and families.
- Developing and implementing care plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
- Working collaboratively with other professionals, such as health and education professionals, to provide holistic support.
- Participating in case conferences and reviews to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to services.
- Providing guidance and support to families to promote positive outcomes and prevent further issues.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification.
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments and working with children and families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a complex caseload efficiently.
