We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Advanced Practitioner to join our Children & Families Team in Bradford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Undertake assessments and create care plans for children and families in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Provide direct support and intervention to children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate services and support for children and families.
  • Participate in case conferences, court proceedings, and multi-agency meetings as required.
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of care plans to ensure effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification.
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with children and families in a social work setting.
  • Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
